Zeus: God of the Heavens
Original Myth
Zeus was the youngest of the six children of Cronus and Rhea. Cronus believed that in the future, he would be overthrown by one of his children. He thought this because his father, Uranus, told him this would happen. To prevent this, Cronus swallowed all of his children. Luckily, Rhea wrapped a stone in a blanket and gave it to Cronus, and he proceeded to swallow the stone. Zeus later poisoned his father, making him vomited his siblings. Zeus then overthrew his dad, becoming ruler of Olympus.

Powers and DomainZeus was the god of the sky. He could control wind, rain, thunder, and much more. Zeus's domain is the king of all gods. His symbols were the lightning bolt, the eagle, and the oak tree.
Significant Myth of ZeusZeus fell in love with a woman named io, but Hera got jealous. To put an end to Hera's jealousness, he disguised io as a cow. Hera found out about this and was furious. She decided to punish io by sending her to the underworld.

Character TraitsZeus is strong, charming, and he is persuasive. He was also and angry person. Zeus has also been described as heroic for saving his brothers and sisters from their father's stomach. He was also quite the ladies man.
